2006 Preview

Since I was fortunate enough to cover the 2005 Preview I was very happy to bag the chance to look forward over the next year. Like last year and indeed every year, these release dates are likely to be unconfirmed so I recommend you keep an eye on the coming soon page.

Without further ado, let us delve into the first month, which is typically a little sparse due to the probable low cinema attendance. Perhaps the usual cinema going audience are recovering from expensive food and beer filled festivities, coupled with a DVD presented Christmas season. Films on TV, films as presents, maybe they're just all filmed out?

Regardless, the scheduled films for January 2006 are not the blockbuster hits rumoured for this year. But are there any surprises amongst the tinsel, or is it all stocking filler?
