Dennis Quaid has married real estate agent Kimberly Buffington, just six months after they met. The smitten pair tied the knot on Independence Day (04.07.04) in Montana, at a ceremony attended by close friends and family. Quaid's 12-year-old son, Jack, whose mother is Quaid's second wife actress Meg Ryan, acted as best man and Kimberley unusually chose her brother to be her 'maid' of honour. The Day After Tomorrow star Quaid met the Texan beauty when they were introduced by a mutual friend at a dinner party earlier this year. The pair are said to have fallen in love straight away and announced their speedy engagement in June. Dennis, whose first wife was German-born actress PJ Soles, split up with Meg Ryan in 2001, after a 10 year marriage. The break-up was fuelled by Meg's passionate affair with tempestuous Hollywood star Russell Crowe.
