Maggie Gyllenhaal has become a mom. The actress and her actor fiancé Peter Sarsgaard's first child was born on Tuesday afternoon (03.10.06) in a New York hospital. Maggie's spokeswoman, Amanda Silverman, said: 'Everyone is healthy and happy.' The couple have named their new arrival Ramona. Maggie - who has made over 20 films despite being only 28-years-old - and Peter have been together four years. The actress shot to fame after starring in 'Donnie Darko', alongside her actor brother Jake, and 'Secretary' with James Spader. Golden Globe nominee Peter - who is considered to be one of the hottest new actors in Hollywood - has starred in the Oscar-winning drama Boys Don't Cry, Shattered Glass, Jarhead and Flightplan. The couple have so far only worked together once, in the low-budget 'In God's Hands', which was never released. (C)
